01Business situation

Foodhall is Future Group's premium gourmet retail brand. Nine stores, each a designed environment, each running seasonal campaigns, product launches and in-store storytelling simultaneously. Premium retail lives or dies on consistency: one off-brand poster in one store dilutes the whole promise.

02My responsibility

I was responsible for the visual communication across all nine environments — campaign adaptation, signage, in-store graphics and launch material — holding the brand's luxury standard while shipping at retail pace.

03Creative idea

Design the store as an editorial publication. Every shelf-talker, window and campaign wall follows the same typographic and photographic grammar, so a customer walking any of the nine stores reads one continuous brand story.

04The system

  • Campaign kits designed once, engineered to adapt across nine architecturally different spaces.
  • A signage and in-store graphics standard covering hierarchy, materials and placement.
  • A production calendar aligned to retail seasons, so creative and rollout never collided.

06Scale & outcome

  • One coherent premium identity held across nine live retail environments for the full engagement.
  • Campaign-to-floor turnaround compatible with retail seasons, not fighting them.

07What this proves

I held a premium brand standard across nine live environments, on retail's schedule rather than my own.
