About
A quiet discipline, applied loudly.
I'm Ashish — a creative director in Mumbai who has spent fifteen years learning how good work actually gets made, and now builds the systems that protect it.
My route wasn't a straight line, and that's the point. Three years inside 3D pipelines for television commercials taught me light, motion and patience. Hospitality taught me what a brand standard means when an international operator audits it. Studio leadership taught me that direction is a service to other people's craft. And seven years running digital video design across Times Network's eleven brands taught me the thing this whole site is about: quality at volume is a systems problem, and systems are a creative act.
Today that experience points in one direction — designing the production systems where human creative judgment and AI capability each do what they are actually good at. That's the practice, and it's also the studio: Still Voice Labs.
Off the clock: Mumbai, family, and the slow, deliberate building of tools I hope outlast me.

What I hold myself to
Excellence
The work is the worship. Every deliverable is finished to the standard I'd defend in any room.
Service
Design serves the people who use it and the teams who maintain it — not the designer's portfolio.
Dignity
Deadlines never justify treating people as production units. Calm teams ship better work, longer.
Truth
Honest cases, honest timelines, honest 'this won't work.' Nothing on this site is invented.
Human purpose
Automation exists to return time and attention to people. That's the test every system must pass.
The fastest way to know if we should work together is a short conversation.
